Evangelia Katavolada studied Librarianship and Sociology in Athens (Technological Educational Institute of Athens, Department of Library and Information Systems / Panteion University Political and Social Sciences, Department of Sociology). Ph.D. in Information Science, Section The digitalization of knowledge and its impact on university research, Panteion University, Department of Communication, Media and Culture. She has participated in European programs for the development of services and applications programs, such as the digital library PANDEMOS, the Library regulation, the network EUDOXUS, the Open eClass platform, the unifield e-learning system.
